1 Needs assessment

We start with needs assessment meetings, site surveys, and detailed analysis reporting of a customer's current facility, to gain information on the operational goals, technical-performance needs and cost requirements.

2 Pre-Project consultation (Systems planning & Budgeting)

Develop equipment needs to accomplish goals; assess feasibility of using pre-existing equipment; advise on the best use of products and new innovations to provide the most appropriate and cost effective solutions to meet your objectives, conceptual block design is identified; develop preliminary budget; develop preliminary timeline; site planning assistance.

3 Detailed Design

Finalize actual pricing, equipment list, timeline, and a realistic budget; approve engineering design.

4 Equipment procurement

Hardware and software sourcing, assures prompt equipment ordering; maintain timely delivery schedules; alert and follow up on back orders delays and provide alternatives;  Coordinate shipping and customs fulfillments.

5 Installation (Equipment and personnel deployment)

Projects are run by our seasoned Project Managers who select their team from our pool of highly skilled engineers and technical staff which are tailored according to the particular demands of the job. Serves as the primary communication link between the client, manufacturers and our company.

An installation manager maintains supervisory authority and responsibility for equipment delivery; work schedules and continuity; equipment installation & connection of peripheral devices; equipment commissioning; system and software configuration and integration with third-party systems, including test, fault-find and generally de-bug the system prior to customer hand-over.

6 Testing & checkout

Demonstration of completed working system with customer;  proof-of-performance and conformance to specifications; identify any discrepancies between designed system and fabricated system; deliver final engineering Visio drawing.

7 Training & Documentation

We offer training and documentation services that provide your personnel detailed instruction on the operation (user) and basic maintenance of all systems and equipment.
